Accountant

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing budgets and financial reports, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Additional duties include reconciling accounts, monitoring expenses, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain financial transparency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field
• Professional accounting certifications (such as CA, CPA, or CMA) are a plus
• Experience in the landscape or construction industry is a plus
