Job Description
Atharid Accounting & Bookkeeping is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
Location: Bengaluru
Job Type: Hybrid
Experience: Minimum 3+ years (UAE accounting experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and general ledger
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax working papers
Process payroll and WPS (where applicable)
Assist with audit preparation and statutory compliance
Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar ERP systems
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
