Were looking for an Account Manager (Recruiter) (02 years experience) who is excited about hiring, stakeholder management, and working closely with high-growth startups to build exceptional teams.

This is a high ownership role where youll work directly with the founding team and manage end-to-end hiring for some of the fastest-growing startups.

What Youll Do

Manage hiring mandates for VC-backed startups across tech and business roles

Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across platforms

Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Act as the key point of contact between clients and candidates

Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups

Track hiring progress and optimize recruitment processes

What Were Looking For

02 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, account management, or startups

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and fast-moving priorities

High ownership, attention to detail, and strong execution

Interest in startups, hiring, and talent ecosystems

Bonus: experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, sourcing, or hiring for tech roles
