Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliances, and client deliverables. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to independently manage a portfolio of clients while guiding a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and supervise books of accounts with strong working knowledge of Tally.
• Utilize MS Excel and MS Word efficiently for reporting and documentation.
• Oversee compliance related to TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax (PT), PF, and ESIC.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of:
• GST Returns
• TDS Returns
• PF & ESIC Returns
• Professional Tax Returns
• Income Tax Returns
• Manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory compliances.
• Oversee preparation of annual financial statements, ITRs, and tax audit reports.
• Coordinate and manage statutory audits and GST audits.
• Prepare and review MIS reports tailored to client requirements.
• Liaise with clients to provide financial insights and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and all applicable statutory regulations.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring timely completion and review of work.
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA regulations, and FDI will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.
• Experience in team handling (23 members).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Compensation:

• Salary: 45,000 per month
