About

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional capable of independently managing the complete finance and accounts function of the organization. Candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, and ecommerce businesses.

Total Group Turnover: 120 Crores

Key Responsibilities

Own overall P&L responsibility from accounting and reporting perspective

Responsible for MIS reporting to management

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

Preparation and submission of final accounts to CA/auditors

Preparation of balance sheet and P&L statements

Manage ecommerce reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

Ownership of stock accounting and inventory reconciliation, along with aging

Ensure tallying between warehouse stock and books of accounts

Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audits

Manage vendor reconciliation, banking, and payment controls

Improve accounting systems, controls, and SOPs

Lead and manage the accounts team

Clearnace and tallying of payables, receivables, creditors, and debtors

Inventory-heavy and high SKU businesses

ERP/Tally-based accounting environments

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems

Ecommerce reconciliation expertise

Inventory and stock accounting understanding

Strong commercial understanding of business operations

Leadership, ownership, and analytical capabilities

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
