Accessibility & Web Test Automation Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility & Web Test Automation Engineer to ensure applications meet accessibility standards and deliver high-quality user experiences. The role focuses on building robust automation frameworks while ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines.

• Location: Pune / Bangalore / Noida
• Experience: 5 to 9 Years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Drive accessibility and web automation testing initiatives across applications
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks
• Perform accessibility testing (WCAG compliance, a11y validation)
• Build and execute UI automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium
• Developing API Automation Test suits
• Identify, debug, and track defects
• Collaborate with development teams for defect resolution
• Ensure quality across multiple browsers and platforms
• Support AI-led automation initiatives

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong expertise in accessibility testing and automation frameworks
• Hands-on programming experience in Python/Java/JavaScript
• Experience in Playwright/Selenium for UI automation
• Strong understanding of API automation
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to AI-based testing tools (preferred: Codex, Cline)
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
