Job Overview

The Academic Tutor Manager will oversee tutors, ensure high-quality academic delivery, manage daily class operations, and maintain effective communication with parents. The role focuses on enhancing student learning outcomes through structured academic monitoring, tutor performance management, and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage academic tutors across multiple student batches
• Monitor tutor performance and ensure adherence to academic standards
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement support to tutors
• Plan and manage daily and weekly class schedules and timetables
• Ensure timely execution of classes and smooth operational functioning
• Track tutor attendance, batch coverage, and academic schedules
• Monitor both live and recorded sessions to maintain teaching quality and engagement
• Support tutors in delivering structured and outcome-driven lessons
• Communicate student progress, performance updates, and improvement plans with parents
• Act as the primary point of contact between parents and internal academic teams
• Ensure consistent improvement in student academic performance and satisfaction

Education & Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 2025 passing-out batch candidates are eligible
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in education, tutoring, or academic coordination will be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Probation (First 3 Months): 3.25 LPA (Fixed)
• Post Confirmation: 4.25 LPA (Fixed) + 0.5 LPA (Performance-based Variable)
