Key Responsibilities

• Drive academic vision, curriculum strategy, and learning frameworks
• Build engaging, activity-based, and outcome-driven learning experiences
• Lead curriculum planning, assessments, and academic operations
• Manage and mentor academic teams, curriculum specialists, and educators
• Improve student engagement, retention, and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with product, tech, content, and business teams for innovative learning solutions

Preferred Background

• Experience in K-12 academics, curriculum leadership, or EdTech operations
• Strong understanding of child learning behavior and modern pedagogy
• Prior experience in EdTech / early learning ecosystem preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
