Role Overview

TheAcademic Facilitatorwill deliverelectronics and STEM-based training sessions for teachers and students in schools. The role requires hands-on knowledge ofbasic electronics, circuit design, 3D printing, mechanical tools, and STEM project developmentto support schools in effectively utilizingTinkering Lab equipment and technologies.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong interest inpractical learning, innovation, and mentoring students in technology-driven projects.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge ofelectronics, circuit connections, and circuit design
• Ability toidentify electronic components and work with them
• Experience in buildingsimple electronics and robotics projects using microcontroller boards
• Ability todesign and develop STEM projects suitable for school-level students
• Basic knowledge ofadvanced development boards such as ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and NodeMCU
• Understanding ofArduino-based systems, sensors, coding, and hardware integration
• Basic proficiency inMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)for reporting and documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize training schedules and sessions effectively
• ConductSTEM, robotics, and electronics training for teachers and students
• Travel todifferent schools across Karnataka when required
• Maintainregular coordination with schools regarding training schedules and feedback
• Guide teachers and students indeveloping innovative STEM project ideas
• Supportschool-level workshops, innovation activities, and competitions
• Mentor students participating inrobotics and innovation competitions
• Submitregular training reports, documentation, and feedback to the Training Head
• Assist inTinkering Lab setup processes and ensure alignment with required setup procedures
