At Cliniwave, we are looking for driven and target-oriented Academic Counselors who can convert conversations into successful enrollments.
Role Overview:
This is a pure sales role where you will be responsible for counseling prospective students and closing admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp & emails
Understand student requirements and pitch relevant programs
Follow up consistently to close enrollments
Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and sales data
Educational Background (Mandatory):
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (BSc / MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields)
Candidates from healthcare or clinical research background will be preferred
Requirements:
Strong communication & convincing skills
Sales mindset with a hunger to achieve targets
Experience in EdTech / Inside Sales is a plus
Ability to handle objections and close deals
