About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Academic Counsellor who will work closely with NEET PG aspirants (medical graduates/doctors), helping them choose the right courses and preparation strategies to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with NEET PG aspirants and medical graduates via calls

Understand their preparation level, challenges, and career goals

Guide them with the right courses, study plans, and solutions

Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students

Drive enrolments and achieve counselling targets

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

What Were Looking For

13 years of experience in counselling/sales (edtech preferred)

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with doctors/medical students

Empathetic, persuasive, and student-focused approach

Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Good understanding of NEET PG journey is a plus
