Academic Coordinator

About Us:

afdindia is Indias premier design and architecture entrance coaching institute, helping aspiring students successfully crack competitive exams like NID, NIFT, UCEED, and NATA. We are looking for a highly organized Course Coordinator to help maintain our exceptional standards of class delivery and ensure an engaging, supportive environment for both our students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Class & Curriculum Coordination: Oversee the smooth day-to-day execution of both offline and online classes. Ensure study materials, Google forms, and class schedules are well-organized and distributed on time.
• Faculty Management: Act as the primary liaison between management and faculty members. Coordinate timetables, track faculty schedules, and assist in addressing any day-to-day instructional needs.
• Student & Parent Support: Act as the first point of contact for students and parents. Address queries, collect feedback, and ensure a seamless, supportive learning experience.
• Quality & Progress Tracking: Track student attendance, coordinate homework collection, generate performance reports, and monitor batch progress.
• Quality Audits: Maintain the high standard of coaching class delivery by assisting in mock tests, evaluating sessions, and implementing management feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 25 years of experience in the coaching or test-prep industry is ideal.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong organizational skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), comfort handling online platforms (Zoom, LMS, etc.), learning management systems (LMS) & typing skills,.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a sharp eye for detail.
