Makoons Play School is looking for a dynamic and organized Academic Assistant to support academic operations across our centers. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in curriculum planning, implementation, and academic monitoring.
• Coordinate with teachers and center teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
• Plan and manage school events, workshops, trainings, and academic activities.
• Support resource management and academic documentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments and provide operational support.
• Identify challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Travel across Uttar Pradesh and nearby states for academic audits, training, and center support.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or a related field.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ready to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh and surrounding states.
• Must own a personal laptop (Mandatory).
• Prior experience in academic coordination, school administration, or educational operations will be preferred.
