We are hiring an Education Counsellor to guide students, manage relationships, and support admissions for IT and Cyber Security training programs. The role involves counselling prospective learners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining strong engagement with existing students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and explain course offerings
• Handle inquiries, counselling, and follow-ups to drive enrollments
• Build and maintain relationships with enrolled students
• Achieve admission and engagement targets
• Coordinate with trainers for smooth program delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions
• Assist in marketing and outreach activities
• Guide students on certifications and career opportunities

Requirements:
