Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Noida. The Academic Advisor will counsel learners on program options, career pathways, and skill requirements aligned with roles in finance, technology, and data-focused fields. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, understanding learner goals, creating individualized academic and career roadmaps, and tracking learner progress. The role involves collaborating with mentors, trainers, and placement teams to ensure learners are prepared for job interviews and assessments. The Academic Advisor will also support orientation sessions, workshops, and information sessions, while maintaining accurate records and providing timely guidance through email, calls, and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong learner-facing advisory skills, including Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising.
• Excellent Communication abilities, with clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written skills.
• Background or education in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Ability to understand careers in Investment Banking, Finance, Software Development, Cyber Security, and Data Science, with a willingness to continuously learn about these domains.
• Experience working with students or early-career professionals in an academic, training, or edtech environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the capacity to manage multiple learners and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree required; a masters degree or counseling certification is an advantage.

Salary : 8 to 10 LPA, 1year to 3 years of experience required in Edtech.
