3D Visualizer (Architect)

Company Description

mayaPRAXIS, based in Bangalore, is a design-centred practice looking for an Architect with strong 3D visualization skills to support projects from conception to implementation through design thinking, detailing, coordination and project management.

Our team works on a wide range of projects including schools, apartments, houses, farmhouses, hotels, resorts, footbridges, and urban design projects such as heritage areas, street markets, public spaces, junctions, urban landscapes and road design.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Visualizer based in Bengaluru. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality, photo-realistic visualizations for architectural and urban design projects. The role includes producing 3D renderings, developing graphic and visual elements, working on lighting and shadowing techniques, and collaborating closely with designers to bring creative concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Visualization and creating realistic 3D renderings
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and software such as Sketchup & D5 Render
• Strong skills in Lighting and creating mood-oriented light setups for renderings
• Ability to collaborate within a team and meet deadlines efficiently
• Knowledge of architectural design concepts and principles is highly beneficial
• Bachelors degree in Architecture
