3D Generalist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile 3D Generalist with 23 years of experience across modelling, texturing, and animation. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Mumbai, and candidates should be open to relocating if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for experiential and visual content
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams on concepts and execution
• Optimize assets for performance across various display formats
• Contribute to end-to-end 3D workflows from asset creation to final output
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining visual quality

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Blender and/or Maya
• Strong skills in modelling, texturing, and animation
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects
• Understanding of lighting, rendering, and composition

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of rigging
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Familiarity with Substance Painter

Qualifications:

• 23 years of relevant industry experience
• Degree/diploma in Animation or related field (preferred)
