3D AI Animator / AI Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled 3D AI Animator / AI Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team.

This is a mid-to-senior level role for professionals who can independently handle projects and deliver high-quality AI-powered animations and motion graphics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D animations using AI-assisted tools and workflows

Develop engaging AI-generated brand videos, advertisements, and digital creatives

Use AI tools to speed up animation, rendering, and motion design processes

Execute projects from concept to final output independently

Maintain fast turnaround times using AI-enhanced production workflows

Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams for campaign execution

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Blender for 3D animation

Advanced knowledge of After Effects for compositing and motion graphics

Hands-on experience with AI animation tools (Runway, Pika, Stable Video, Sora-like tools, etc.)

Strong understanding of lighting, rendering, texturing, and compositing

Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into professional animation pipelines

Excellent motion graphics, storytelling, and creative flow

Strong sense of timing, transitions, and visual impact

AI Skills (Mandatory)

Experience using AI video generation and AI animation tools

Ability to generate AI scenes, characters, and motion assets

Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production

Understanding of prompt-based creative generation for animation

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Mandatory)

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation, motion graphics, and AI-generated work

Experience working in agency or fast-paced production environments

Ability to handle projects independently and deliver within deadlines
