We're looking for a 2D Animation Production Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day flow of animation projects from kick-off to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands animation and post-production workflows, loves keeping projects organized, and can effectively coordinate between creative teams, production leads, and external freelancers.

• Maintain production schedules, trackers, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate tasks across animators, designers, editors, and producers.
• Track project progress and flag potential bottlenecks.
• Manage asset flow, feedback rounds, approvals, and final deliveries.
• Organize project files and maintain version control.
• Schedule meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Prepare status reports and production updates.
• Assist with onboarding and coordinating freelance talent.

• 3-4 years of experience in animation, post-production, creative operations, or production coordination.
• Strong understanding of the 2D animation production pipeline.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
