Manager - Data Scientist

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. 

Design and implement robust data models and pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. 

Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data visualization to uncover valuable insights and patterns. 

Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, and other predictive tasks using techniques such as graph transformers and deep learning. 

Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying factors contributing to specific outcomes or anomalies. 

Implement advanced statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference, to draw reliable conclusions from data. 

Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization. 

Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices in data science and machine learning workflows.
