HEOR Specialist, Data Analysis

Currently, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HEOR Specialist, Data Analysis with deep expertise in real-world data (RWD) analysis to join our Global HEOR team and be based in AGS, Bengaluru. Partnering with platform teams, the Specialist will focus on designing and executing studies using secondary data sources such as insurance claims, electronic health records (EHR), registries, and other real-world data assets. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in protocol development, statistical planning, and results dissemination, while collaborating across multiple platform teams.

What you will do:

• Real-World Data Analysis
  • Conduct hands-on analyses using large-scale secondary data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, registries)
  • Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for RWD studies
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and statistical modeling using appropriate tools
  • Interpret and report results in a scientifically sound and business-relevant manner
• Project Execution & Strategic Consultation
  • Adhere to timelines and proactively manage data deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Stay abreast of latest data and methodological standards and techniques
  • Contribute to the development of HEOR data strategies through SME insights

What you will bring to the table:

• Master’s degree or higher in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Public Health, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RWD analysis using claims, EHR, or registry data
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools
• Strong experience in writing protocols, SAPs, and scientific reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
• Experience working in MedTech, Pharma, or related healthcare sectors is required
• Familiarity with budget impact modeling and basic health economic calculations is a plus
