Responsibilities

·       Lead the day-to-day activities for one or more delivery teams, ensure alignment to software delivery processes/best practices, and work with project managers to develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures

·       Perform requirements analysis and assist on documentation

·       Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders

·       Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change

·       Evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement

·       Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and collaborate on prioritization of requirements with the customer

·       Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

·       Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing effective action trackers

·       Performing user acceptance testing

·       Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and application development team

Minimum Qualifications

·       Graduate/ Post Graduate

·       Experience in working in Agile methodology and using Scrum framework.

·       Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

·       Should have experience in stakeholder management

·       Knowledgeable about SDLC and in any application development technologies such as Java/J2EE, web services, and SQL or Oracle database.

·       Effectively coordinate & communicate with business, operations, and Support teams.

·       Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required

·       Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change. 

·       Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
