Job Description

In this role, Senior Engineer in HGA Process Engineering, you will lead and control HGA processes, driving efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sustaining and optimize HGA manufacturing backend processes to enhance productivity and quality
  • To lead and collaborate on overall yield management and improvement in order to meet cost target
  • To monitor quality of backend area, related to packaging process, to ensure customer satisfactions on packaging quality
  • Monitoring and control related indirect material (bag, label, trays, etc)  
  • Monitoring HGA HOST data integrity to ensure all HGA traceability are correct
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and new technologies
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing people and technicians

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in HGA or related manufacturing

PREFERRED:

  • Good understanding in statistical analysis and data interpretation using tools such as Minitab, JMP or similar software. Ability to analyze related statistical data that related to machine
  • Good understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated track record of successful process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

SKILLS:

  • Good communications in English 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams and experience in resolving cross-functional issues
  • Project management skills
  • Statistical analyze with statistic tools 
  • Eager on learning and self-development
